Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, are processed via our website. CVG considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by privacy legislation.

Handling reservation, booking or option

In addition to the information on our website, we can also inform you about our new products and services:

Contact form and newsletter

We offer through our website the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, in which you will be asked to fill in various data in order to handle your question. The data you send us will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for it to be fully answered and processed. We offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your explicit consent.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent to this is requested at the time. This (location) data may also be stored and processed by the provider of e.g. navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data may also be used by e.g. Google or Apple themselves. Publish

We do not publish your customer data.

Disclosure to third parties

We may transfer your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the performance of the agreement. Our website includes social media buttons. With these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.

Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, finally we have the IP addresses anonymised.

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data.

Retention periods

The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your reservation, booking or option, including warranty. Thereafter, we retain data for up to one year for the statistical purposes described. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites linked to our website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

Access and change your data

You can also send us a request to view, amend or delete this data.
